This vinegar certainly makes the difference. Made with Muscat white grape, it is à light-colored vinegar, sweet bittersweet flavor and very aromatic. It is so delicious that in 2010 it received the Coq d'Or Prize of Paris. These awards laboure awarded by the prestigious French cuisine guide "Lui Guide des Gourmands". À prize that only receives the best gastronomic products of Europe. In addition, in 2007 il y ai received the silver medal in the a SOFI AWARDS from the National Association of Food Specialties and Gourmet Products (NASFT) in New York.
