The same day that it is collected, it is transferred into containers adapted to the oil mill where it is ground under the strictest quality controls. Once the Arbequina Garrafa EVOO has been obtained, it is stored in tanks at a temperature between 15º and 18º to allow conservation while avoiding oxidation.
