This vinegar makes the difference. It combines the sweetness of the Moscatel with an acid touch of all good vinegar. It can be used instead of dark balsamic vinegars to avoid the coloring of the dishes. It is ideal for dressing dishes of seafood, fish, carpaccios, sauces, creams and for baking. Of a variety of white Moscatel grape, it comes from the southeast of Spain. It has some organoleptic attributes that give it a clear color, besides a sweet bittersweet and very aromatic flavor.

COQ D'OR PARIS AWARD AND SILVER MEDAL AT NEW YORK'S SOFI AWARDS

This vinegar certainly makes the difference. Made with Moscatel white grape, it is a light-colored vinegar, sweet bittersweet flavor and very aromatic. It is so delicious that in 2010 it received the Coq d'Or Prize of Paris. These awards are awarded by the prestigious French cuisine guide "Le Guide des Gourmands". A prize that only receives the best gastronomic products of Europe. In addition, in 2007 I have received the silver medal in the SOFI AWARDS of the National Association of Food Specialties and Gourmet Products (NASFT) in New York.

Considered among the ten best gourmet vinegars in Spain.
