The arbequina olive of great culture in the Mediterranean zone. It is sweet and aromatic, with a bitter touch and a certain freshness. The same day that is collected it is transferred in containers adapted to the mill where it is ground under the strictest quality controls. Once the oil is obtained, it is stored in tanks at a temperature between 15º and 18º to allow conservation, while avoiding oxidation.

Finca Torrevella, located in Alcoy in one of the most important botanical enclaves of this area.
Between the Natural Parks of the Font Roja and the Sierra de Mariola, in a family farm of more than 140 hectares, of which 60 hectares is dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees of the Arbequina variety and the rest to other native crops of this zone (aromatic plants, cherry trees, walnuts, almond trees, etc.). Its location more than 800m. on the level of the evil, its proximity to it makes of the Mediterranean climate and the exceptional qualities of these lands, ideal conditions for the cultivation of the olive.
