We already have the new harvest, ready for packaging and with the analyzes done. It is a joy to find the results and realize that the work is well done. The oil, as always, has been made in the first cold press and the olives have been harvested at the best point according to the variety.
Each variety has been treated as a batch and the entire cultivation has been worked, variety by variety, although the process has been slower, we have controlled each production process adapting it to each variety.

With these lots we have obtained the following oils.
Un Arbequina brand of the house, and of which we have greater production. With a very low acidity of only 0,12%
Un Coupage, a master mix where Picual and Valenti predominate ... we reserve the rest for ourselves. With a very low acidity of 0,13%
