36 HECTARES OF OLIVE TREES
An olive grove that respects the earth, where techniques are applied to improve the soil as well as the minimum use of chemicals that damage the environment. With native varieties of the region such as Blanqueta and Alfafarenca. And varieties adapted to the climate such as Arbequina, Valentí and Gordal de Hellín.

CHERRIES OF THE MOUNTAIN OF ALICANTE
Our farm also has a 10-hectare plantation of cherry trees of the best quality and with a protected geographical name. Recognized throughout the European market as cherries of large size, extreme hardness and high levels of sugar.

APPLES OF THE SIERRA DE MARIOLA
Apples known in the region as the best apple on the market for its flavor and high levels of sugars. The farm has three main varieties of table apple. Fuji, Royal Gala and the little known but highly valued for its unique flavor, the Green Maiden.

ARBEQUINA Oil from Finca Torrevella
We have redesigned our traditional packaging. Betting on a classic and traditional line. Accompanying this unique oil, raised in the mountains of the North of Alicante.
In a peculiar climate, which unites both the Mediterranean climate and the continental climate in an important botanical enclave in height, 875 meters above sea level and just 30 kilometers in a straight line from the coast of Alicante.
The result is unique oils that taste like these lands where Aleppo pine, aromatic herbs, holm oaks and yew abound.
The Polop Valley located between the Sierra de Mariola and La Fuente Roja are very important botanical enclaves in the Valencian Community, a space full of medicinal and aromatic plants, and leafy trees, with secret and cold sources.


P. Ximenez Wine Vinegar
Balsamic vinegar from wine and Pedro Ximenez grape vinegars. Aged in oak barrels, by the solera method. From the south of Spain and presented in 250/375/750 ml glass bottles. Finished off with a high quality paper tag.
