Mustard vinaigrette or French vinaigrette is one of the most famous vinaigrettes out there, it is preferably used for salads, vegetables and pasta.
200 ml Sotaroni Grand Coupage
Salt and pepper.
1 teaspoon of mustard.
In a small taper or in a glass jar add the ingredients. We close and shake vigorously so that the mixture emulsifies. Once the necessary quantity has been used, we can store the jar, taroo or taper in the fridge. It can be kept up to two weeks in the fridge.
We can add spices, aromatic herbs, minced vegetables or nuts to taste to give it a special touch. You can also add a touch of honey.
